Bradley Wilkes specializes in governmental cost of service studies. He has a 30 -year background in local <br />government consulting focusing on cost allocation development, user fee rate calculations, indirect cost rate <br />calculations, information technology, operations reviews, and cost of services for state and local <br />governments. He is the former regional director for all DMG-Maximus consulting offices in the western United <br />States. During his consulting career; Mr. Wilkes served as a consultant, manager, senior manager, vice <br />president, regional director, and board member of DMG and DMG-Maximus, both national management <br />consulting firms. He was the project director for many of PRM's largest projects. <br />His 30 years of experience in the field of governmental cost accounting has included working with local and <br />state agencies across the country. He has been a project director for cost analysts projects for many western <br />state government projects including California, Oregon, Nevada, and Hawaii. <br />COST ALLOCATION <br />Mr. Wilkes is an expert in the analysis of the indirect costs within governmental agencies. He has led the <br />software design of three cost allocation plan systems and has conducted cost allocation plan projects for many <br />state and local governments in the western United States including the state governments in Nevada and <br />Hawaii and large local governments such as San Diego, San Francisco, San Jose, and Sacramento, California; <br />Spokane and Tacoma, Washington; and Portland, Oregon. <br />RESEARCH AND STATISTICAL BACKGROUND <br />Mr. Wilkes has been a lead consultant and manager on several statistically related projects.
