Case management services are <br />offered in all programs to help prevent individuals from falling back into homelessness. <br />In addition, the Housing Authority of the City of Santa Ana has recently been awarded VASH project - <br />based vouchers for permanent supportive housing for Veterans experiencing homelessness. These 100 <br />vouchers are in addition to the current Vouchers with two projects already in the pipeline.
