This process has <br />been designed to comply with HUD's lead-based paint hazard regulations (Title X), which became <br />effective in September 2000, and was implemented by Santa Ana in January 2002. <br />All owner -occupied housing units rehabilitated or constructed prit6t16r1979 are inspected for lead-based <br />paint hazards.
