• Donson Liu, transportation engineer with LSA for the property owner of <br />Xerox center, opined access analysis was lacking and inaccurate compared <br />to what can be seen out in the field and report results do not match up. <br />• Robert (Bob) Bisno, noted he does not own the property the opposing office <br />building wants him to use, was informed counsel was retained two months <br />ago, peer review failed to evaluate concessions already made, and <br />requested City Council to approve development. <br />The Hearing closed. <br />Council discussion ensued. <br />Councilmember Benavides, opined egress to the north part of the building would <br />benefit the project and community, all options should be exhausted, and <br />expressed support for continuing matter to allow discussion.
