Cannabis manufacturing facilities shall not contain an exhibition or product <br />sales area or allow for retail distribution of products at that location unless the facility is <br />co -located with an approved commercial cannabis retail business with a RSP. <br />f. Extraction equipment and extraction process utilizing hydrocarbon <br />solvents shall be located in a room or area dedicated to extraction. <br />g. All commercial cannabis manufacturing/processing facilities shall comply <br />With any and all applicable safety guidelines adopted by the Orange County Fire <br />Authority, the State of California, and/or the City of Santa Ana fo"r cannabis plant <br />processing and extraction. <br />8. Additional Operational Standards for Indoor Commercial Cannabis <br />Cultivation Facilities <br />a. There shall be no exterior evidence of cannabis cultivation from a public <br />right-of-way. <br />b. The Building Official may require additional specific standards to meet the <br />California Building Code and Fire Code, including but not limited to installation of fire <br />suppression sprinklers. <br />C. Compliance with Section 13149 of Water Code as enforced by the State <br />Water Resources Control Board is required. <br />d. All commercial cannabis cultivation facilities shall comply with any and all <br />applicable safety guidelines adopted by the Orange County Fire Authority, the State of <br />California, and/or the City of Santa Ana for cannabis carbon dioxide enrichment <br />systems. <br />e.
