AP-65 Homeless and Other Special Needs Activities — 91.220(i) <br />Introduction <br />The needs of individuals experiencing homelessness and persons with special needs are complex and <br />require a wide range of specialized services. Numerous agencies are typically involved in the care of <br />these individuals, providing distinct services such as housing, mental health counseling, employment <br />training, and case management services, A number of activities and services are funded to help the <br />needs of individuals experiencing homelessness and other special needs populations.
