SECTION 4. The City Council directs staff to establish a means of <br />communication to answer questions from the public regarding hearings dates and every <br />effort possible to translate material and notices in multiple langauges, including <br />Spanish, Vietnamese, Chinese and Korean. <br />SECTION 5. Effect.
