Approve the Fiscal Year 2018 - 2019 Emergency Solutions Grants Program in the <br />estimated amount of $475,909 subject to adjustment upon notification of the <br />Grant Year 2018 award from the United States Department of Housing and <br />Urban Development; <br /> <br />2. Direct the City Attorney to finalize and authorize the City Manager and the <br />Clerk of the Council to execute a memorandum of understanding with the Santa <br />Ana Police Department and agreements with nonprofit organizations awarded <br />funds as part of the approved program for a term beginning July 1, 2018 through <br />June 30, 2019, subject to funding adjustment upon notification of the Grant Year <br />2018 award from the United States Department of Housing and Urban <br />Development and non-substantive changes approved by the City Manager and <br />City Attorney (AGMT NO. 2018-XXX). <br /> <br /> <br />Organization Amount <br />1.
