Information about the criteria for redistricting <br />may be helpful in this discussion. <br />Those opposed to a vote on redistricting before a vote on citywide vs. district <br />elections have a political agenda as robust as those those desiring redistricting. <br />This is a indeed a political matter for both sides. <br />
