ADOPT A RESOLUTION RESCINDING PREVIOUSLY ADOPTED ELECTION <br />RESOLUTIONS RELATED TO BALLOT MEASURE CONCERNING BY - <br />DISTRICT ELECTIONS ON THE JUNE 5, 2018 STATEWIDE PRIMARY <br />ELECTION BALLOT {STRATEGIC PLAN NO. 5, 1) — Clerk of the Council and <br />City Attorney's Office <br />The following spoke on the matter: <br />• Arnulfo Montero, expressed support for district election.
