Opined 96% of <br />Park Santiago residents oppose project. <br />• Billy Leigh, addressed City Council to express opposition to 2525 Main Street <br />development. <br />• Jeff Dresser, suggested developer's mail out misrepresents community involvement and <br />support. Expressed opposition to 2525 Main Street development. <br />• Brett R.
