Subject: RENT DURING HOLDOVER - EDD LEASED PREMISES
Under lease dated August 8, 2005, the State leases premises located at
1000 E. Santa Ana Boulevard, Suites 103, 107, and 220, in the city of Santa Ana, California for
a term ending July 31, 2010, at a monthly rental in the amount of $7,449.00. The State will be
holding over on a month-to-month tenancy under the provisions of the Holding Over Paragraph
#27 of said lease until a new agreement can be reached between the parties.
Therefore, it is requested that the above rental continue to be paid each month in accordance
with the lease terms until further notice from this office.
