over the age of eighteen years, and not a party to or interested in the above
entitled matter. I am the principal clerk of the printer and publisher of the
ORANGE COUNTY REPORTER, a newspaper published in the English
language in the city of SANTA ANA, county of ORANGE, and adjudged a
newspaper of general circulation as defined by the laws of the State of
California by the Superior Court of the County of ORANGE, State of California,
under date 06/20/1922, Case No. 13421. That the notice, of which the

OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA
AMENDING CERTAIN SECTIONS OF
CHAPTER 40 TO ALLOW COMMERCIAL
CANNABIS. CULTIVATION,
MANUFACTURING, AND
DISTRIBUTION ACTIVITIES FOR
MEDICINALAND ADULT -USE
PURPOSES, AMENDING CERTAIN
SECTIONS OF ARTICLE XIII OF
CHAPTER 18 OF THE SANTA ANA
MUNICIPAL CODE PERTAINING TO
MEDICINAL MARIJUANA TO ENSURE
CONSISTENCY WITH CHAPTER 40 OF
THE MUNICIPAL CODE, AND
AMENDING CERTAIN SECTIONS OF
CHAPTER 8 OF THE SANTA ANA
MUNICIPAL CODE PERTAINING TO
CODE ENFORCEMENT
Meeting Time and Date -This matter will
be heard on Tuesday,- May ^1, -2018 -at
5:45 p.m.or immediately following the
5:00 pun Closed Session, in the City
Council Chamber, 22 Civic Center Plaza,
Santa Ana, California 92701. All persons
interested in this matter are notified to
appear at this time.
