The Agreement For Administrative Services ("Agreement") made the. 21" day of June,
2016, between Phase II Systems. a C:alilornia corporation, doing business as Public Agency
Retirement Services and PARS („PARS") and the City of ;Tanta Ana ("Agency"), is hereby
amended effective April 1, 201$, as follows:
1. The annual asset fee, currently invoiced to and paid by the Agency, shall be paid 1-rorn
