Re: First Extension of Second Amended and Restated Exclusive Negotiation Agreement
Dear Mr. Harrah:
Pursuant to Section 2 ("Term of Agreement"), subsection (c), of the Second Amended and Restated
Exclusive Negotiation Agreement, entered into by and between Caribou Industries, hie. and the City of
Santa Ana, dated January 11, 2018, the parties wish to exercise the first ninety (90) day extension of the
Term of said Agreement, thus extending the Negotiation Period from July 31, 2018, through October 30,
2018. All other terms and conditions of said Agreement remain unchanged and in full force and effect.
