Subject: Sarah Bernal - Cond Use Permit
Hi Sarah. Please see attached. We have a business just a few doors down from the Main Sports
Grill Restaurant. We would be very much against them getting a Conditional Use Permit for alcohol
and staying open until 2:00. We have a large homeless presence in the area and MHA (the Mental
Health Assoc) across Main St. There is a lot of drug use and sales as well as alcohol abuse and
criminal behavior in these few blocks. Our area has seen more than its share of problems and it will
only get worse if this permit is allowed to go thru. Thanks,
