Pursuant to Section 2(c) ("Term of Agreement') of the Second Amended and Resulted Exclusive Negotiation
Agreement No. A-2018-002 entered into by and between Caribou Industries, Inc. and the City of Santa Ana, Ilse
parties opted on July 11, 2018, to extend the Agreement for an additional three (3) month period through October
30, 2018. The parties, by operation of this letter, choose to exercise their option for a second extension of the
Agreement for an additional ninety (90) day period until January 28, 2019. All other terns and conditions of
said Agreement remain unchanged and in full force and effect.
