NOW THEREFORE, City of Santa Ana, a charter city and municipal corporation, as substituted Trustee, does hereby GRANT AND PARTIALLY RECONVEY unto the parties entitled thereto without warranty, all the estate and interest derived to the said Trustee under the Deed of Trust in the land described in Exhibit A attached hereto, situated in the County of Orange, State of California.
