Carvalho CLERK OF THE COUNCIL Maria D. Huizar Pursuant to Section 4 ("Term") of Agreement No. A-2014-240, entered into by and between Project Partners, Inc. ("Consultant') and the City of Santa Ana, dated October 7, 2014, the parties agreed to an. extension of the Agreement for the time period of October 7, 2017 through October 6, 2018 (#A-2014-240- 1). By operation of this letter, as permitted by Section 4 of the Agreement, the parties agree to a second extension of said Agreement for an additional nine (9) month period from October 7, 2018 until July 7, 2019, or until all funds remaining under the Agreement are exhausted, whichever comes first. The insurance certificates are required to be extended and/or renewed to cover this extension.
