entitled matter. I am the principal clerk of the printer and publisher of the
ORANGE COUNTY REPORTER, a newspaper published in the English
language in the city of SANTA ANA, county of ORANGE, and adjudged a
newspaper of general circulation as defined by the laws of the State of

BEFORE THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA, CA.
The City of Santa Ana encourages the public to participate in the decision-making
process. The following notice is being provided so that you can ask questions,
make comments and stay informed about projects that might be important to you.
We encourage you to contact us prior to the Public Hearing if you have any
questions.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN - The City Council of the City of Santa Ana will hold a
public hearing to consider adopting an ordinance approving Zoning Ordinance
Amendment No. 2018-04 to amend several sections of Chapter 41 of the Santa Ana
Municipal Code; Specific Development No. 19 and Specific Development No. 40. The
various amendments pertain to: Schools; Two -Family (R2) and Townhouse Standards;
Development Project Review and French Park and Heninger Park Review Authority. The
Planning Commission recommended City Council adopt said ordinance at its regular
meeting held on December 10, 2018 by a vote of 5:0 (Alderete absent).
Meeting Time and Date — This matter will be heard on Tuesday, January 15, 2019
at 5:45 p.m. or immediately following the 5:00 p.m. Closed Session, in the City Council
Chamber, 22 Civic Center Plaza, Santa Ana, California 92701. All persons interested in
this matter are notified to appear at this time.
