over the age of eighteen years, and not a party to or Interested in the above
entitled matter. I am the principal clerk of the printer and publisher of the
ORANGE COUNTY REPORTER, a newspaper published in the English
language in the city of SANTA ANA, county of ORANGE, and adjudged a
newspaper of general circulation as defined by the laws of the Slate of
California by the Superior Court of the County of ORANGE, State of California,
under date 06/20/1922, Case No. 13421. That the notice, of which the
annexed is a printed copy, has been published in each regular and entire issue
of said newspaper and not in any supplement thereof on the following dates,

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SANTA ANA DECLARING ITS INTENTION TO VACATE ALL
OF BREEDEN STREETAND APORTION OF THIRD STREET
BETWEEN STANDARD AVENUE AND BREEDEN STREET,
SETTING A PUBLIC HEARING THEREON, AND DIRECTING
NOTICE THEREOF TO BE POSTED AND PUBLISHED
(ABANDONMENT NO. 18-03)
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTAANA
AS FOLLOWS:
SS4FltgB_L The City Council of the City of Santa Ana hereby Ands,
determines and declares as follows:
A In accordance with Chapter 3 of Part 3 of Division 9 of the Streets
and Highways Code of Iha State of California. the City Council of the
City of Santo Ana hereby declares its Intention to vacate all of Breeden
Street and a portion of Third Street between Standard Avenue and
Breeden Street. The areas proposed for vacation are shown on the
map attached as Exhibit A,
B. Nonce is hereby given that on January 15, 2019, at 3:45 P.M. or as soon
as possible thereafter, In the Santa Ana Ci Council Chambers, 22 Civk
Center Plaza, Sante Ana, California, a public heating will be held by the
City Cou idl at which time any and all persons Interested In or objecting
to the proposed vacation desodbad above may appear and be heard.
Section. 2. The Clerk of the Council is hereby directed to cause this
Resolution to be published twice, once In each of the two successive weeks
Pndor to the above-referenced hearing, in a newspaper of general circulation
the City.
Section 3 The Executive Director of the Public Works Agency Is hereby
directed to post conspicuously, in the manner prescribed by low, notice of
the adoption of this Resolution, cuntainin the statement of the day, hour,
and place of hearing selionh above, and describing the areas to be vacated
at least two weeks before the day set for said hearing,
C This Resolution shell take effect Immediately upon Its
adopt on by the City Council, and the Clerk of the Coundl shall attest to and
carefy the vole adopting this Resolution.
