Re: Extension of Agreement No. A-2018-008 to provide special legal counsel services
Dear Mr. Rarnricz:
Pursuant to Section b ("Term") of the Agreement No. A-2018-008, between Manning & Kass,
Ellrod, Ramirez, Trester, LLP ("Attorneys"), and the City of Santa Ana ("City"), dated January
16, 2018, the time period of the Agreement is hereby extended for an additional one (1) year
period, from January 16, 2019 through January 15, 2020. The insurance certificates must be
extended and/or renewed to cover this extension. All other terms and conditions of the
Agreement remain unchanged and in full force and effect.
