Change Order 239.01
On this date, August 21, 2018, California Governor's Office of Emergency Services, on behalf of the
California Specialized Training Institute and the City of Santa Ana wish to modify the training courses
offered in Agreement A-2016-239, In accordance with the terms and conditions of said Agreement, the
Parties wish to update the current scope of services to include additional training services offered by the
Contractor. Pursuant to the Change Order clause, (¶ 2) the City can modify the existing scope of work
for specialty and other ad-hoc training and exercises on an as needed basis. The modification requested
does not change the compensation and contract period terms outlined in Agreement A-2016-239,
