Re- Second Extension of On -Call Engineering Services Agreement No. A-2016-018
Dear Mr. Cowan:
Pursuant to Section 3 ("Term") of Agreement No. A-2016-018 entered into by Rick Engineering
Company and the City of Santa Ana, dated February 3, 2016, the Agreement was extended on February
1, 2018, for a one (1) year period from February 3, 2018 to February 2, 2019. By operation of this letter,
the parties agree to a second and final extension of the term of this Agreement from February 3, 2019
to February 2, 2020. The insurance certificates are required to be extended and/or renewed to cover
this extension. All other terms and conditions of said Agreement remain unchanged and in full force
