I am a citizen of the United States and a resident of the State of California; I am
over the age of eighteen years, and not a party to or Interested in the above
entitled matter. I am the principal clerk of the printer and publisher of the
ORANGE COUNTY REPORTER, a. newspaper published in the.English
language in the city of SANTA ANA, county of ORANGE, and adjudged a
newspaper of general circulation as defined by the laws of the State of
California by the Superior Court of the County of ORANGE, State of California,
under date 06/20/1922, Case No. 13421. That the notice, of which the
annexed is a printed copy, has been published in each regular and entire issue
of said newspaper and not in any supplement thereof on the following dates,

OF THE INTERNAL REVENUE COODE
OF 1986, AS AMENDED,
FOR THE FINANCING AND
REFINANCING OF CERTAIN
FACILITIES
FROM THE SALE OF TAX-EXEMPT
OBLIGATIONS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at 5:4
nonprofit public benefit corporation (the
"Borrower) an organization described in
Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue
Code of 1986, as amended (the "Code"),
pursuant to one or more loan agreements
uses
The Obligations will be paid entirely from
repayments by the Borrower under the
Loan Agreements. Neither the faith and
credit nor the taxingower of the City of
Santa Ana (the "City ), the Issuer and its
members, the State of California (the
"Stele'), or any other political corporation,
subdivision or agency of the State is
pledged to the payment of the principal of,
premium, If any, or interest on, the
Obligations, nor shall the City, the Issuer
and its members, the State or any other
political corporation, subdivision or
agency of the State be liable or obligated
to pay the principal of, premium, If any, or
interest on, the Obligations.
The Public Hearing is intended to comply
with the public approval requirements of
Section 147(f) of the Cotle.
Those wishing to comment on the
issuance of the Obligations, proposed
nature and location of the Facilities or the
plan of finance may either appear in
parson at the time and place indicated
above or submit written comments, which
must be received prior b the Public
Hearing by the Clerk of the City Coundl,
at City of Santa Ana, 20 Civic Center
