Re: Extension of Cooperative Agreement for the Harbor Boulevard Corridor
Traffic Signal Synchronization Project, Agreement No. A-2015-003
Pursuant to Section IX.a. of Cooperative Agreement No. A-2015-003, entered into by and among
the City of Santa Ana and the above -referenced municipal entities, dated April 2, 2015, the time
period of the Agreement is hereby extended for an additional two years, through the period ending
December 31, 2020. By their signatures below, all parties consent to this extension. All insurance
certificates are required to be extended and/or renewed to cover this extension. All other terms and
conditions of the Agreement remain unchanged and in full force and effect.
