THIS FIRST AMENDMENT to the above -referenced agreement is entered into on April 18, 2019, by
and between Filarsky & Watt LI.P ("Attorneys"), and the City of Santa Ana, a charter city and municipal
corporation organized and existing under the Constitution and laws of the State of California ("City").
RECITALS
A. The patties entered Imo Agreement 4N-2018-166, dated August 7, 2018 i'•Agreement"), by which
Attorneys agreed to provide legal services related to personnel, labor and employment related matters
to the City. The term of the Agreement runs until August b, 2021, and the Agreement is still current
and in effect.
B. Tile parties wish to mnond the Agreement to provide additional compensation in the amount of $25,000
for the remainder of the term.
The Parties therefore agree:
I . Section 2.11., Compensation for Services Rendered, is amended to read as follows:
The total sum to be expended ender this Agreement, shall not exceed'fifty thounmd dollars (S50,000),
including any extension periods.
2. Except as modified by this First Amendment, all taros and conditions of the Agreement shall remain
in full force and effect.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties Iranian have executed this First Amendment to the Agreement
on the date and year first written above.
