MOTION: Approve Minutes.

MOTION: Excuse the absence of Councilmember Vicente Sarmiento from
the March 19, 2019 Special Housing Authority Meeting.
3. QUARTERLY REPORT FOR HOUSING CHOICE VOUCHER PROGRAM
OCTOBER 2018 — DECEMBER 2018 {STRATEGIC PLAN NO. 5)
MOTION: Receive and file the Quarterly Report for the Housing Choice
Voucher Program for the period of October 2018 — December 2018.

4. PUBLIC HEARING - APPROVE THE HOUSING AUTHORITY ANNUAL PLAN
AND ADOPT A RESOLUTION {STRATEGIC PLAN NO. 5, 31
At its regular meeting on February 28, 2019, the Community Redevelopment
and Housing Commission (CRHC) approved the recommended action by a vote
of 6:0 (Aguinaga, Garcia, Urzua absent)
Chair Pulido opened the Hearing. There were no speakers and the Hearing
Closed.
MOTION: RESOLUTION NO. 2019-01 - Adopt a resolution to approve the
Annual Plan and authorize the Executive Director of the Housing Authority
to submit the Annual Plan to the United States Department of Housing and
Urban Development.
