Re: Extension of Agreement No. A-2016-118 to provide Special Legal Counsel Services
Dear Ms. Asamura:
Pursuant to Section 6 ("Terre") of Agreement No. A-2016-118 ("Agreement"), entered into
between Richards, Watson & Gershon ("Attorneys") and the City of Santa Ana ("City"), dated
May 6, 2016, the parties opted on May 24, 2018, to extend the Agreement until May 31, 2019.
The parties, by operation of this letter, choose to exercise their option for an additional one (1)
year period until May 31, 2020. The insurance certificates are required to be extended and/or
renewed to cover this extension. All other terms and conditions of said Agreement remain
unchanged and in full force and effect.
