Re: Second and Final Extension of Agreement No. A-2016-120 to provide parking consulting services
Dear Mr.'ruroff:
Pursuant to Section 3 ("Term") of Agreement No. A-2016-120 ("Agreement"), entered into between Walker
Parking Consultants ("Contractor") and the City of Santa Ana ("City"), dated May 17, 2016, the parties opted
on May 16, 2018, to extend the time period of said Agreement through May 16, 2019. By operation of this
letter, the parties agree to a second and final extension of the Agreement for a one-year period through May
16, 2020. The insurance certificates are required to be extended and/or renewed to cover this extension. All
other terms and conditions of said Agreement remain unchanged and in full force and effect.
