Re: Fifth One -Year Extension Renewal of Parking Lease at 310 N. Birch Street
Dear Ms. Rosenow:
This letter acknowledges your written request to renew the License Agreement between the
City of Santa Ana and Rosenow Spevacek, LLC for the license of 28 parking spaces.
Pursuant to Section 2(d) of the License Agreement, Rosenow Spevacek, LLC may request
to renew the License Agreement for an additional year with the City under the same terms
and conditions established within the agreement, exercisable for up to 15 years from the
expiration of the initial term on September27, 2015. The current license expires September
27, 2019.
Your request to renew the License Agreement has been approved for one additional year.
Consequently, the license will expire September 27, 2020. If you have any questions,
please do not hesitate to contact me.

REGARDING: NOTICE PERTAINING TO CITY OF SANTA ANA AND ROSENOW
SPEVACEK, LLC LICENSE AGREEMENT DATED SEPTEMBER 27, 2005
FOURTH EXTENSION
Pursuant to Section 2 (d) of the License Agreement dated September 27, 2005 between
the City of Santa Ana and Rosenow Spevacek LLC ("RS LLC"), the RS LLC seeks to
exercise the Option to renew the License for an additional year under the same terms
and conditions established within the License Agreement. The License Agreement
pertains to 28 parking spaces in the Third and Birch Street Parking Garage. The current
license expires September 27, 2019.
