PROJECT AND MAINTENANCE FOR THE VIDEO SECURITY ENHANCEMENT PROGRAM
(SAPD Milestone License - Change Order 2017-289-2)
On October 17, 2017, Siemens Industry, Inc. and the City of Santa Ana entered into Agreement A-2017-
289, which provided for video security enhancement services for sites as defined in the Agreement and
in its subsequent amendments to the Agreement. Pursuant to Section 4 of the Agreement, the parties
agree to exercise the change order provision for services as detailed in the attached Exhibit A-2 and
identified as change order 2017-289-2. All other terms and conditions the Agreement, and its
amendments, remain unchanged.
