Re: Extension of Consultant Agreement A-2015-161 for Acquisition and Relocation
Services
Dear Mr. Overeamp:
Pursuant to the Section 3 ("Term") of Agreement No. A-2015-161 ("Agreement'), entered into by Epic
Land Solutions, Inc, and the City of Santa Ana, dated August 5, 2015, which was amended on December
16, 2015 (#A-2016-009) and as previously extended, the Term of the Agreement is hereby extended for an
additional one (1) year period from August 6, 2019 to August 5, 2020. The insurance certificates are
required to be extended and/or renewed to cover this extension. All other terms and conditions of said
AAeement, as amended, remain unchanged and in full force and effect.
