Today, the company exists utilizing a Freelance workforce entirely. 1. Not having any employees disqualifies SSI from getting Workman's Compensation in the State of Florida where we are located. 2. SSI does not own any automobiles. Should SSI acquire any vehicles for the duration of this contract, SSI will (A) purchase any owned or all owned automobile insurance, (B) shall be primary, and any insurance carried by the City of Santa Ana shall be excess and non-contributory.
