Re: Third Extension of Consultant Agreement No. A-2014-240 for Engineering Services
Pursuant to Section 4 ("Term') of Agreement No. A-2014-240, entered into by Tetra Tech, Inc. and the
City of Santa Ana, dated October 7, 2014, and as previously extended, the time period of the Agreement
is further extended through December 31, 2020, or until all funds remaining under the Agreement are
exhausted, whichever comes first, as permitted by the Agreement. The insurance certificates are required
to be extended and/or renewed to cover this extension. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement
remain unchanged and in full force and effect.
