Restaurant ■ Dec. 1, 2019 — Nov. 30, 2020 ■ 200sf - Lease total is $1,272 ■ Wursthaus has frontage to the Plaza ■ License agreement will not set a precedent ■ Outdoor dining in Downtown does not require additional parking ■ Access to public parking structures V a1 ■ Extension is limited to a 12-month term (December 1, 2019 - November 30, 2020) ■ City use for public events upon 24-hour notice ■ $106 per month ($1,272 total) Outdoor dining activities associated with the Wursthaus Restaurant ■ Outdoor dining activities to coincide with business hours only ■ Outdoor service will be limited to food services and non- alcoholic drinks ■ Fixtures will be limited to removable outdoor chairs, tables, umbrellas, and barriers to be removed at closing Authorize the City Manager to execute a 12-month extension of the license agreement for the amount of $1,271, with East End Realty Partnership and the Wursthaus Restaurant to conduct temporary outdoor dining activities within Plaza Calle Cuatro, located at 325 East 41" Street, Santa Ana DISCUSSION �A w, Q M f SA `i r F {�, m
