PUBLIC HEARING
1. TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP NO. 2019-03 FOR THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 14 CIVIC
CENTER PLAZA (645 N. ROSS STREET AND 333 W. SANTA ANA BOULEVARD –
COUNTY OF ORANGE, APPLICANT. Vince Fregoso, Case Planner.
Legal notice published in the Orange County Reporter on November 8, 2019 and notices
mailed and posted on said date.
Planning Manager Fregoso provided a staff report.
The Public Hearing was opened. The applicant spoke in support of the matter. There were no
other speakers and the hearing was closed.
Zoning Administrator discussed modifications to the conditions of approval.
ZONING ADMINISTRATOR ACTION: Adopt a resolution approving Tentative Parcel Map
No. 2019-03 as conditioned.
