Pursuant to Section 49 of Exhibit "I" ("Option to Renew") of Agreement No. A-2018-212 entered into by
Rio Vista West, LLC and the City of Santa Ana, dated July 1, 2018, the time period of said Agreement is
hereby extended for an additional one (1) year period, from November 1, 2019 to October 31, 2020. In
addition, as provided under Section 49, rent shall be based upon Option 1 ($2,700 per month). The insurance
certificates are required to be extended and/or renewed to cover this extension. All other terms and conditions
of said Agreement remain unchanged and in full force and effect.
