CRE ITALS A. Effective on September 1, 2019, the City entered into Agreement #N-2019-168 ("Agreement") with Lexipol for online subscription material services ("Subscription), related toAnnual Police Policies ("Policies") and DailyTraining Bulletins ("DTB"). TheAgreement wasfora term through September30,2022 for the Subscription services. The DTB ManagementServices is scheduled to expire on March 31, 2020. TheAgreement is currently in effect. B. The City has paid Lexipol for both Subscription services in the amount of $12,720 (2019 pricing) to cover the costs for the Policies and $12,000 to cover the costs for the DTB, as provided in ExhibitAoftheAgreementand theAddendumtotheAgreement. C. In accordance with the terms and conditions oftheAgreement, the parties hereby agree to amend the Agreement to remove services for the Subscription for the Policies for years 2020, 2021, and 2022. The current Subscription for DTB services shall continue through September 30,2020. The Subscription for the DTB Management Services will expire on March31, 2020. D. The partieswill engage in discussionsfora newagreement reflecting an increased scope in the future to include multiple years for the Policies and DTB Subscription services thatwill be presented to the City Council. THE PARTIES THEREFORE AGREE: Section 1.6, Subscription Materials, shall be amended, and identified, as Exhibit A-1 to reflectthe costs and services paid to Lexipol. The total amountto be expended forthis Agreement shall not exceed $24,720, which has been paid -in -full by the City, as noted in ExhibitA-2to this FirstAmendment. 2. TERM, shall be amended to reflect that all subscription services for the Agreement will expire on September 30, 2020. All expiration dates are noted in ExhibitA-2. 3. Except as hereinabove modified, the terms and conditions of said Agreement remain unchanged and in full force and effect.
