Amendment to Agreement, Exercise of Second of 2 One (1) Year Extension Options
Dear Dana Lendorf-McCarthy,
Pursuant to the Third Amendment f6 End User License Agreement (A-2008-053), (Third
Amended Agreement') A-21 entered into between Systems & Software, Inc. ("S&S")
and the City of Santa Ana ("City"), dated March 15, 2016, the Tenn of the Third Amended
Agreement is three (3) years commencing January 1, 2016 and ending December 31, 2018, with
2 one (1) year extension. options exercisable by the City. On December 11, 2018, the City
exercised the first one (1) year extension option effective January 1, 2019,
The City herewith exercises the second one (1) year extension option. Accordingly, the term of
this extension shall begin 12 a.m. on January 1, 2020 and end on 12 a.m. January 1, 2021, unless
terminated, cancelled or modified sooner pursuant to the "Termination, Cancellation or
Modification" provisions of said Agreement. All other terns and conditions of said Third
Amended Agreement remain unchanged and in full force and effect.
