Project Applicant: Truman Severson Proposed Project: The applicant is requesting approval of the following land use entitlement for an existing restaurant: Conditional Use Permit No. 2019-37 to allow a Type 41 (On Sale Beer and Wine – Eating Place) Alcoholic Beverage Control (ABC) license for the sale of beer and wine for on-premises consumption. Environmental Impact: The Planning Commission will consider a determination that the project is categorically exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to Section 15301 of the CEQA Guidelines – Existing Facilities. Notice of Exemption, Environmental Review No. 2019-99 will be filed for this project. Meeting Details: This matter will be heard on Monday, December 9, 2019 at 5:30 p.m. in the City Council Chambers, 22 Civic Center Plaza, Santa Ana, California 92701.
