Subject: Euclid & Hazard 7-Eleven
In order to prevent nuisance behavior and illegal activity such as is common on nearby, notorious Harbor Blvd.
(i.e.: prostitution/human trafficking and drug abuse), as well as to prevent negatively impacting the quality of
life of nearby residents, please restrict this business's operation hours to 5:00 A.M - 10:00 P.M. This lot is
located in RESIDENTIAL area with minimal commercial spaces; please consider the fact that numerous homes
face this lot, & please impose restrictions regarding lighting during night hours of 10:00 P.M. - 5:00 A.M. to
prevent negatively affecting nearby residences who would be subjected to additional bright lights illuminating
their homes that would interrupt sleep patterns. Riverview West Neighborhood welcomes businesses that will
benefit the quality of life of its residents, provide needed services to its residents and to the general community;
businesses that negatively affect this area are not wanted.

Subject: 7-Eleven business on Euclid and Hazard
Hi,
I oppose to having a 24/7 gas station and convenience market open on the corner of Euclid and Hazard for the
following reasons:
-It would be disruptive to the neighborhoods to have an open storefront overnight that would attract all kinds
of unnecessary traffic, vagrants and possible sketchy business /dealings in the area.
-Having a 24/7 storefront would also be very disruptive and noisy at night since it would attract lots of cars and
people at night on a busy street like Euclid.
-There is already a large number of loitering and parked cars on Hazard due to the casino buses dropping off
people. Because of this, we have a lot of jaywalkers at night that can be a danger to both pedestrian and drivers.
-We have a number of gas stations in the area. There's really no need for another one. Please open something
else on this land that would be beneficial for the community.
Please reconsider having this storefront open 24 hours a day. This is a quiet neighborhood at night and we'd like
to keep it this way.
Thank you,
Dorothy Nguyen
