This lot is located in RESIDENTIAL area with minimal commercial spaces; please consider the fact that numerous homes face this lot, & please impose restrictions regarding lighting during night hours of 10:00 P.M. - 5:00 A.M. to prevent negatively affecting nearby residences who would be subjected to additional bright lights illuminating their homes that would interrupt sleep patterns. Riverview West Neighborhood welcomes businesses that will benefit the quality of life of its residents, provide needed services to its residents and to the general community; businesses that negatively affect this area are not wanted. Because of this, we have a lot of jaywalkers at night that can be a danger to both pedestrian and drivers. -We have a number of gas stations in the area. There's really no need for another one. Please open something else on this land that would be beneficial for the community. Please reconsider having this storefront open 24 hours a day. This is a quiet neighborhood at night and we'd like to keep it this way. Thank you, Dorothy Nguyen
