THIS FIRST AMENDMENT to the above -referenced agreement is entered into on March 17,
2020, by and between Siemens Mobility, Inc. ("Contractor") and the City of Santa Ana, a charter
city and municipal corporation organized and existing under the Constitution and laws of the State
of California ('City").

A. The Parties entered into Agreement No. A-2018-095, dated April 3, 2018, by which
Contractor agreed to evaluate models of LED fixtures identified by City and thereafter
furnish and install such fixtures, as selected by City, for streetlight upgrades ("Agreement").
The Agreement was subsequently transferred to Siemens Mobility, hic.
B. The Agreement remains in effect through April 2, 2020, and the parties now wish to extend
the term of the Agreement through December 31, 2020 in order to complete additional services
in the newly annexed area of Santa Ana.
The Parties therefore agree:
1. Section 3, Term, is amended to extend the term of the Agreement through December 31, 2020.
2. Except as modified by this First Amendment, all terms and conditions of the Agreement shall
remain in full force and effect.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this First Amendment to the
Agreement on the date and year fast written above.
