��" p iuson FIRST AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT FOR TITLE AND ESCROW SERVICES
THIS FIRST AMENDMENT to the above -referenced agreement is entered into on March 17,
0 2020, by and between Commonwealth Land Title Company ("Consultant') and the City of Santa
o Ana, a charter city and municipal corporation organized and existing under the Constitution and
laws of the State of California ("City").

N RECITALS

A. The Parties entered into Agreement No. A-2015-049, dated April 30, 2015, by which
Consultant agreed to provide escrow and title services ("Agreement').
B. The Agreement remains in effect through March 31, 2020, and the parties now wish to further
extend the term of the Agreement.
The Parties therefore agree:
1. Section 3, Term, is amended to extend the term of the Agreement through December 31, 2020.
2. Except as modified by this First Amendment, all terms and conditions of the Agreement shall
remain in full force and effect.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this First Amendment to the
Agreement on the date and year first written above.
