ADDITIONAL PURCHASE ADDENDUM
N.2019.223-01
This Additional Purchase Addendum is an addendum to the Jura Law Online Services Agreement & Fee Schedule
(N-2019-2223) between the City of Santa Ana and Law Bulletin Media. The City of Santa Ana has entered into this
Agreement for the provision of Jura Law, a legal calendaring management product from October 15, 2019 through
October 14, 2020. The parties seek to amend the agreement to increase the compensation for services to procure the
ability to add additional "Open & Closed Cases/Matters" to the Juralaw System.

The total amount to be expended for this Agreement shall not exceed $7,272.
*Law Bulletin will bill the City of Santa Ana on a monthly basis at a rate of $5 per case for each additional case added to
the Juralaw system above the 30-case maximum allowed by the fee schedule. For the duration of the fee schedule, the
cumulative amount billed shall not exceed the amount set forth above. This addendum shall cover costs for any prior
services provided by Juralaw including under Agreement N-2018-203. (October 16, 2018 through October 15, 2019.
