1996 REVENUE BONDS
WRITTEN REQUISITION NO. FOR DISBURSEMENT FROM
BUENA PARK PROJECT ACCOUNT OF THE PROJECT FUND
The undersigned hereby states and certifies:
(i) that he is the duly appointed, qualified and acting Director of Finance of the City
of Buena Park,a general law city and municipal corporation duly organized and existing under
the laws of the State of California (the "City"), and as such, is familiar with the facts herein
certified and is authorized and qualified to certify the same;
(ii) that he is a duly designated "Authorized Representative" of the Member, as such
terms are defined in that certain Indenture of Trust, dated as of July 1, 1996 (the "Indenture"),
by and between U.S. Trust Company of California, N.A., as trustee (the "Trustee") and the
Authority;
(ill) that, pursuant to Section 3.04 of the Indenture, the Trustee is hereby directed to
disburse this date from the Buena Park Project Account within the Project Fund established
pursuant to the Indenture (the 'Buena Park Project Account") to the payees designated on
Exhibit A attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein, an amount not to exceed
the respective sum set forth opposite each such designation,upon receipt of an invoice therefor,
in payment or reimbursement of the costs of the Project,described on said Exhibit A;
(iv) that each obligation identified on the attached Exhibit A has been properly
incurred by the City and are presently due and payable and is a proper charge against the
Buena Park Project Account;
(v) that no amount to be disbursed pursuant to this Requisition has been included in
any Requisition requesting disbursement previously filed with the Trustee;and
(vi) that capitalized terms used herein and not otherwise defined shall have the
meanings ascribed thereto in the Indenture.
