(Riverview Park), No. A-2010--134 To Whom it May Concern: This letter is to acknowledge receipt of the written "Notice of Renewal' of the above - referenced lease agreement provided by Crown Castle on behalf of CCTMO, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, dated July 19, 2010 ("Agreement'). The City understands that CCTMO, LLC manages and operates the tower site that is subject to the Agreement. In addition, CCTMO, LLC has a Power of Attorney authorizing it to extend the lease. By this Notice, attached as Exhibit A, CCTMO, LLC, on behalf of T-Mobile USA, Inc, has exercised its option to extend the Agreement for the first five-year term, as permitted by Section 7 of the Agreement. Accordingly, the term of the Agreement is hereby extended for an additional five-year period, from November 1, 2020 through October 31, 2025. The insurance certificates are required to be extended and/or renewed to cover this extension. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain unchanged and in full force and effect. To the extent that the inured's rights to recover all or part of any payment made under this insurance have not been waived, those rights are transferred to us. The insured must do nothing after loss to impair them.
