Adopt a resolution Expanding Guidelines to temporarily allow Food Vending Vehicles (FVM) to: Use private properties ► Use certain City owned parking lots � ► Suspend the requirement of a Land Use Certificate Executive Order 05-2020 ► Issued on May 28, 2029 Facilitated the reopening of businesses meeting the Governor's guidelines under Stage 2 and Stage 3 of the Resiliency Roadmap Allowed dining and retail operations to expand into outdoor spaces and parking areas Citywide 0o.
