I am in support of this item. Furthermore, I think the Council should consider making it permanent that all City
meetings are available via virtual call in. It will allow for elderly and disabled residents to be able to participate
in their city activities, as well as working class low income folks who don't always have the time and means to
show up in person.

How is it that members of the council can call into meetings and be distanced from public comment speakers for their
safety, but the community is not given the same consideration? Having the option for the community to call in is
necessary. Yes it may have issues and glitches but those difficulties are far better than making us expose our selves in
order to speak to the council in person. I’m sure we can come up with solutions to some of those call problems. Please
listen to the community you serve.
