The City of Santa Ana encourages the public to participate in the decision - making process. The following notice is being provided so that you can ask questions, make comments and stay informed about projects that might be important to you. We encourage you to contact us prior to the Public Hearing if you have any questions. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN - The City Council will hold a Public Hearing to receive public testimony, and will take action on the item described below. Decision on this matter will be final. At its regular meeting on March 17, 2020, and after conducting a public hearing on the item, the City Council continued the below matter to allow the applicant the ability to perform additional community outreach. Project Location 7-Eleven Convenience Store and Service Station located at 813 North Euclid Street in the Community Commercial (C-1) zone Protect Applicant:Adan Madrid with ASI Development, representing 7-Eleven, Inc. Proposed Project/Action: The Applicant is requesting approval of Conditional Use Permit No. 2019-21 to allow the convenience store and service station to operate 24-hours per day, seven days per week. Environmental Impact:ln accordance with the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), the City Council has reviewed and approved Mitigated Negative Declaration (MND) No. 2018-28 and the Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program (MMRP), which was prepared for the project in order to analyze the potential impacts of the project and develop measures to mitigate the environmental effects, if any. Meeting Time and Date — This matter will be heard on Tuesday, July 21, 2020 at 5:45 p.m. or thereafter, in the City Council Chamber, 22 Civic Center Plaza, Santa Ana, California 92701.
